And for students with different learning styles who aren't always supported by traditional tools, Figma provided space for them to contribute their ideas in an accepting space. □Building community –– Figma helped classes bond, nurturing small digital connections into real, in-person friendships. ![]() Some students felt they “found the thing” they’re meant to do. ⚡ ️Helping students find "their thing" –– Students who were once disengaged in traditional classes rediscovered a passion for learning by connecting with design. □Elevating student voices –– With stickies, high-fives, emotes, comments, Figma and FigJam helped even the most introverted students feel more confident contributing and expressing themselves. Figma and FigJam transformed the culture of classrooms as well as students’ sense of connection and belonging: Over the course of our beta, educators and students took our tools to incredible places - designing prototypes, apps & even new school mascots on Figma & re-imagining classes to be more interactive and engaging than ever in FigJam.īut beyond the impressive projects + prototypes, we were so excited to see the interpersonal impact. We’re also expanding Figma access to all ages, upgrading K12 schools to Figma Enterprise, our most secure plan, for free and going global with our partnership, starting with schools in Japan ✨ I’d love to chat!Īfter a year in beta, putting Figma in the hands of students (ages 13+) across 50 US districts in partnership with Google #Chromebooks, we’re taking the next step by opening up free Figma and FigJam access to all K-12 districts across the US! What if your assets in Adobe and product designs in Figma shared a design system with color palettes, fonts, and more? And you could make changes to all of these with just a click of a button? What if you could take a working prototype of your app and drop it directly into your launch video? If you’re like us, you make changes to the product until the very last minute and stress out our friends in marketing…so having these auto update in the video is a game changer! What if Firefly worked seamlessly with your design process in Figma? For example, imagine it in 3D design – one designer working on the model while the other adjusts lighting or texture. What if our worlds were all connected? We could take an asset created in Adobe Substance 3D, place it in a product mockup in Figma, and the linked asset stays up to date. What if we could go from stickies to storyboard in an instant?
